🧓 SeniorsZone: Fun & Wellness Workshops for Active Aging

Each participant receives a bingo card with different physical actions (e.g., «raise your arms,» «march in place,» «touch your shoulders»).

Actions are called out, and participants must perform them before marking their card.

The first to complete a line or full card wins a small prize.
